Smoothie for Dummies

We have one each day, and have now for over two years. For us, it’s an easy way to consistently get the nutrients we need. Infographic:healthylivingpittsburgh.com

smoothieOur daily routine:

1 c strawberries, frozen out of season

1/3 c blueberries, frozen out of season

1/2 c chopped kale

2 c fresh spinach

1/4 red beet

1 avocado

1 orange

1 scoop whey protein

1 inch fresh ginger

2-3 c almond milk
